About Me
Amalia was born in Boston and is a dual citizen of the US and Costa Rica. With a B.A. in English and Spanish Literature, she approaches projects with a strong focus on narrative. This has honed her ability to craft personal spaces that can tell stories of their habitants lives.
Amalia has worked on private residential projects for the past 6 years. Skilled at creating beautiful designs under a variety of budgets, styles, timeframes and requirements, Amalia guides her clients through every phase of the design process. Highly relational and intuitive, she deeply enjoys the careful research needed to develop a thorough understanding of her clients’ needs and communicate visions clearly.
In her other lives, she is a writer, photographer and competitive swimmer.
